Position SummarySpecialty Mail Operational Reporting is responsible for implementing a variety of dynamic reporting and analytics efforts in support of Specialty Mail Operations in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Integration/Strategy Execution, and Technical Innovation. This area works in partnership with Operational Leaders, Technology Operations and IT to provide meaningful and actionable reporting that is used to streamline prescription delivery and influence the technology roadmap.

Required QualificationsExperience:

• 10+ years of relevant Team leadership experience working in large complex Finance, Data Science, Technology or Reporting organizations
• Manage reporting requests including prioritization, completion and communicate status/timeline to parties in timely manner
• Development and Execution of Strategic Reporting roadmap in support of current and future business needs
• Robust technical skill set (ie: SQL, Oracle, Teradata, Power BI, Tableau) or equivalent

Knowledge of:

• Demonstrated Executive level communication and influencing skills
• Demonstrated organization skills - managing cross team/department initiatives with demonstrated success
• Demonstrated ability to be anticipatory and proactive

Skill In:

• Assessment of business intelligence tools to provide integrated data-driven and actionable insights to support key stakeholders in making critical business decisions
• Advise team of diverse talent to leverage strengths and develop quality reporting solutions

Ability To:

• Partner with Operational leadership including Vice President and Executive Directors to ensure appropriate controls and measurements are in place to ensure best in class performance that will help drive growth and manage risks
• Confirmed ability to engage with business partners, senior business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong independent leadership skills
• Financial acumen with experience executing on improved operational performance
• Structured and logical thinking with a proven ability to identify, diagnose complex problems, develop strategic analytical and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success
• Healthcare sector experience
• Demonstrates strong ability to communicate concepts and implications to business partners

$100,000.00 - $231,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
