We are still living in our RV and are currently parked in my in-laws driveway. We plan to give them a break from our antics soon, but we’ve enjoyed being here. They have kindly let us use their washer-dryer and their house is a fun distraction for the boys.

Last week my mother-in-law found herself with an abundance of peaches and berries, so she offered them up. I saw those perfectly ripened peaches and the huge container of blueberries and knew just what I wanted to do. I transformed my no-fail Apple Crisp recipe into this delicious Peach Blueberry Crisp, which also contains blackberries because I couldn’t resist.

Do you fall into the camp of loving a piece of fruit crisp or a slice of chocolate cake? For me, it’s all about the seasonal fruit desserts – there’s always room for cake later! Peach-Topped Blueberry Cheesecake and Peach Crumble Bars are other ways to enjoy peaches and blueberries!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COBBLERS, CRUMBLES AND CRISPS?

All are very similar desserts and all involve fruit with some sort of topping. Cobblers are typically topped with biscuits, crisps and crumbles are topped with a crumbly streusel topping. The difference between crisps and crumbles is that crisps contain oats and crumbles do not.
