Super delicious! I quadrupled the recipe and made mine a bit larger. Crispy on the outside, tender and yummy on the inside, I subbed red onions (all I had). No dipping sauce required = that’s how good they are! Huge hit!

Great recipe & so easy to make!!! I used carrots instead of zucchini because thats what was in my crisper at the time & I wanted something healthier with our smoked ribs. I used ginger, parsley & salt only as my seasoning. They were awesome.

Very nice and delicious, even added some paprika for my own taste, but be careful to get rid off as much water as possible in zucchini’s

I made this for the first time & they turned out great! It was super easy to make and a fun new way make zucchini part of dinner! My husband loved them also!

I loved these. Flavor & preparation wise they were fantastic. I had shredded thick-cut cheddar cheese at home, so I just chopped that up a bit and used it and it worked fine. I recommend going ham on the cooking spray. I thought I'd added enough but it stuck pretty good both sides. Still, it held together alright, and I know for next time.

Amazing! I had a zucchini wasting away in my refrigerator not my favorite veggie...so I tried this recipe thinking maybe it would be ok. Wow, am I glad I did. I'll definitely make this again and will be pleased to serve it to anyone.

It was fantastic. I zest it up some by adding minced garlic also added mrs dash for flavoring. Definitely making this again!!!!

Turned out delicious! So good I only had two left! Even if you don’t like veggies like zucchini, you might still love these if you use seasoned bread crumbs and a good cheese. I don’t really like ketchup, but it goes very well with these.

I usually don’t prefer eating zucchini but this form of zucchini was something my palate loved! Would definitely make it again.

My kids loved this next time I am going to make twice the amount. I did change the recipe a little because of lack of items. Cheddar was changed to Mozzarella (added a little extra)Seasoned Breadcrumbs changed to Panko Breadcrumbs

Not a big fan of zucchini, so i was trying to find a creative recipe to use it. This was actually really tasty. I might buy zucchini again just to make it!

Made these today. Tasty, but will make some changes next time. Smaller portions, I didn’t have cheddar and made with Colby jack which was not flavorful enough, needs cheddar, and I will make them crispier. But I like the flavor.

Loved these tots! We had a really large zucchini so we added extra from everything. Our cooking time turned out 10 mins more.

These were exceptional!!! I added a little bit more cheese and breadcrumbs to absorb some of the moisture and used Old Bay as my seasoning of choice—delicious!!! My youngest daughter, who normally turns down zucchini (and even turned her nose up at this when I was making it), was disappointed when my son took the last one!!!

We felt like too much egg - did not taste zucchini - did we do something wrong? Maybe needed to get more water out
